Hy-TM Cream is formulated with powerful and effective ingredients that help to bleach, lighten, and reduce melasma, chloasma, freckles, and lentigines.
This combination provides excellent results with regular use. Hy-TM Cream works through a multi-action formulation.
Active Ingredients
Aqua, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Hydroquinone, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate, Orange Extract, Niacinamide, Fragrance, Glycerine, Acrylate Co-polymer, Chloromethylisothiazolinone, Vitamin C, and Sun Active SPF.

Indications
Prevents and treats sun- and hormone-induced melasma, chloasma, freckles, lentigines, and facial hyperpigmentation.
How the Key Ingredients Work
Hydroquinone

A strong inhibitor of melanin production.
It prevents the formation of excess pigment and helps lighten darkened skin caused by hyperpigmentation.

Kojic Acid Dipalmitate
A natural derivative used extensively as an alternative to hydroquinone.
It helps lighten pigmentation, age spots, and uneven skin tone. Derived from fungus and proven effective in skin lightening.

Orange Extract
Rich in Vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and signs of aging.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
A powerful skin-lightening ingredient that works by preventing melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes, resulting in reduced pigmentation.

Sun Actives
Contains sunscreen agents such as Benzophenone-3 and Methyl Methoxycinnamate.
They provide UVA and UVB protection and help prevent further pigmentation.

Directions for Use:
Apply a small amount of Hy-TM Cream once daily at night.
Cleanse the face and neck with a mild cleanser, rinse, and pat dry.
Apply the cream evenly with gentle rubbing until fully absorbed.
Side Effects
Mild skin irritation may occur in some individuals.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to hydroquinone or any other ingredient in the formulation.
Safety during pregnancy and in children under 12 years has not been established.
